For events held beyond a 1-hour travel radius, a travel fee will be applied to cover transportation and logistics. This fee ensures that we bring the same high-quality service and equipment to your event, no matter the location. Our team will work efficiently to ensure we arrive on time, prepared, and ready to make your event unforgettable.

You’ll receive a personalized proposal with package details. Once you sign the contract and submit your deposit online, your date is locked in!

4. Plan the Freshness

About a month out, we’ll meet again to finalize your timeline, music choices, and all the little details—entrances, intros, first dances—so everything flows fresh and smooth.

5. Party Time!

Your big day is here, and FV Entertainment will take care of everything from ceremony to final track. The vibes will be fresh, the dance floor will be packed, and memories will be made.
