1. Will there be a setup charge?
For most events, no—we do not charge for setup. Standard setups usually take about an hour or less. For larger-scale events requiring extensive lighting or sound equipment, a setup fee may apply. That said, 99% of our events do not incur a setup charge.
2. How much time does the DJ need for setup?
Typically, our DJs need up to two hours to set up, especially for crowds of up to 200 guests. For larger events with more equipment, additional setup time may be required.
3. What kind of music do you play?
The choice is yours! You can create your own playlist, share must-play songs, or let our DJs work their magic. With over 20 years of experience, our DJs are skilled at reading the crowd and blending genres to keep the energy flowing.
4. Can we extend the event with overtime?
Absolutely! Overtime is available at an additional cost. We recommend booking extra time in advance to avoid last-minute charges.
5. How far in advance should we book?
The sooner, the better. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak seasons. Booking early guarantees your date.
6. Can guests request songs?
Yes! We love requests. As long as the song fits the vibe of the moment, your request will be played. Our DJs bring thousands of tracks to every gig and can often download songs on the spot if needed.
7. How do we book your services?
To secure your date, we require a signed digital contract and a deposit, both of which can be handled online. The remaining balance is due before your event and you’ll receive reminders via email.
8. What if we need to cancel or reschedule? Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable.Rescheduling: We’ll gladly honor your contract and apply your deposit toward a new date, based on availability.
9. Can we meet our DJ before the event?
Of course! We offer complimentary planning consultations to make sure every detail is covered and you're fully comfortable with your DJ. Communication is key to creating a flawless event.
